Who are we?
We are both fully trained ex TVR Factory workforce. Having a combined total of 56 years experience under our belts we set up X Works Service Ltd in 2007 and worked on the build of the final few cars (Sagaris, Tuscans etc for TVR). In 2009 we officially took over the old TVR Barn from TVR themselves.
Our knowledge of TVR’s comes from working with the product for over 30 years, we have a real hands on understanding of just how these beautiful cars tick!
So from an engine change, to a chassis change, from a replacement set of outriggers to a service, MOT, or anything TVR related, you can be assured your TVR is in safe, knowledgeable, capable hands here at X Works Service.

Paul Forrest
Paul started working at the famous TVR factory back in 1991, having worked in a number of areas, he was also part of the 1st Cerbera assembly team and one of the best trouble shooters. He moved up the ranks before ending up as foreman, and then finished his time at TVR in the service management department when TVR closed its doors in December 2006. With a wide range of skills to his name, he can turn his hand to most TVR issues. Paul and Heath prepared many cars for Top Gear and Jonathan Palmer track days.
Heath Briggs
Heath also worked at TVR from 1992 to December 2006, working his way through the ranks, in the days of the TVRs S3/4 & the mighty Griffith 5.0. Ending up as foreman before a stint at the TVR Malaysia site with other colleagues, there he set up a service department and helped with production. Heath finished at TVR along with Paul in the service management department in 2006. Heaths’ skills include liaising with customers to meet their needs and expectations and his attention to detail is second to none, modifications are above factory standards. His passion for TVR’s and the brand are reflected in his own Tuscan and his Chimaera. (The factory demonstrator). Heath is also Regional Organiser of the Blackpool TVR car club. Heath and Paul endeavour to ensure that X Works offers a true, friendly, value for money service, from parts choices to car purchasing and car valuation advice.
